Here at Lane Photography, we like to keep things professional, but fun (and sometimes a little goofy ). Part of being a professional photographer is making sure that we help you enjoy your day. At every wedding we shoot, we never lose site of the fact that this is your big day, and therefore, we are always excited and happy to be with you. We love to talk, laugh, and be a little crazy right along with the wedding party. On your wedding day, we arrive one  to one and a half hours early to take all those fun snapshots of bride getting ready as well as the brides' family and the bridal party.  We also photograph the groom and his party and family too.

After the ceremony, we photograph the rest of the day's festivities.  We like to capture spontaneous moments during the reception in addition to traditional posed shots.

I am often asked about the differences between a Bridal Session at the studio prior to the wedding day, versus photography at the wedding. We recommend doing both. The studio session is done in a controlled studio environment which allows the opportunities of professional backdrops and lighting. The wedding day can provide a great location for awesome images, provided the time that is allocated for the photography is sufficient, and the area for pre-wedding photography offers some beautiful places to shoot.
